  1. I have just received a default notice from MSDW, I intend to issue an SAR is this too late? Also should the notice have included a copy of the original credit agreement? Any tips gratefully received. The Poacher.
  2. Thanks both, I can find the SAR letter template but can't seem to see the CCA template in the same place, any ideas? Is it worth sending them separately with separate payments? Poacher.
  3. Hi all, I'm new on the forum and thought I would start with MBNA! I've read all about S85 and SAR etc and not sure what is the best way to proceed. The card is over it's limit and two months in arrears, I have been trying to make payments to them as and when I could. They first of all spoke to me direct and then passed it to an Indian call centre who never seemed to know what was going on. The latest is a crowd called RMA who are chasing the debt. Should I start by requesting a copy of the agreement, should I think about S85 and the replacement card tack or should I just start with a SAR and take it from there? The Poacher.
  4. Thank you all, I'll do as suggested and keep you all informed.
  5. Hi all, what a fantastic resource this forum is, I found it last night and was hooked! Up till all hours reading through the threads on credit card agreements. I found it because I had a post card from a company called NCO Europe Limited trading as RMA, it said that C Green (At least someone has a sense of humour) would be calling next Tuesday between 8am and 8pm. Having not heard of RMA I googled them and found a thread on this site that said they were a DCA used by MBNA and not to worry as they never turned up on your doorstep. I am in negotiations with MBNA to reach settlement on my account, I called RMA this morning and they told me to read the card carefully - calling refers to a telephone call!! I now intend to spend the weekend researching all the relevant sections of the CCA, and start firing of some letters. The Poacher.
