Nope three just aint doing anything at the moment. The DCA is all sorted. I just want to get 3 sorted now

Hi I have been contacted by a DCA. I have done a SAR with 3 and they have told me that they dont have a copy of the default on file!!!

Hi, I am having some trouble regarding a Default 3 have place on my file. Now it was done 2 years ago and at the time i did have some financial trouble because i had lost my job. After some reading on the net i found out that if they didn't send me a Default Notice then they couldn't place it on my file. Is this correct?? As i haven't ever received one. I have written to them 3 times now asking for a copy of it and they are saying they cannot supply me with one. I have been in touch with Trading Standards but they ready ain't much help @ the moment. Could someone just give men a heads up please Thanks Carl

Well here we go!! Been in touch witht he bank just before easter to request my statments and they arrived on saturday morning !!! Gone through them this evening and they have charged me £1943.40 in charges alone and in the past 6 months £1008 of that was done!! Even the peeps at the call centres are shocked when i come out with that little chestnut Just got the letter from off here and will be poping in the post 7am 2morrow morning. So i guess now it is a waiting game Wish me lucky peeps

Hi all Thanks god i have found this forum, i have just gone through the last 6 months of bank statments and i have been charged a wooping £1008 not including intrest!!! I will be writing my letter tomorrow
