just got my statements and i know i can claim back the charges but can i claim back the interest for my overdraft?and also on my statements it says charge cash machine.there only for about 2 pounds but i have loads can i claim for these?

last fri was the deadline for me recieving my statements.although about 2 weeks ago when i phoned they said they have not recieved my request.i have proof of delivery so i knoe they have recieved it.they said i have to wait another 40 days from the phone call which im not doing as i have proof they have my request.ive still not had my statements.the deadline was last fri.but dont know what to do next.do i need to report them to somebody or just phone again?

hi does anyone know the adress to request my statements.cant get them off internet banking?

oh and can i just check i sent my letter to the right place asking for statements?it was to 8 canada square eh1 5hq.is this the right place?

ok so wait until 40 days from the 19th when it was recieved the n send that letter?

i have internet banking but because the acccounts are closed i cant get them that way.the cheques havnt been cashed thats the reason i phoned to see if there was a problem.but apparently from speaking to people here they tend to send the cheques back to you anyway.

yeah i have proof of the po.they were sent recorded delivery and ive tracked it on the net it says they recieved on the 19th.and had cheques in the letters.but there saying theyve had noything

i send requests for my statements recorded delivery and they were recieved on the 19th march.i just phoned hsbc to chase the m and there saying nothing has been recieved and i have to wait another 40 days from today.what do i do .wait again or report them to somebody.also they never asked me for any money over the phone when i spoke to them.and your supposed to pay 10 pounds for each account.so not sure if there messing me about.the post office say they did recieve my requests on the 19th.so dont know what to do next now.

its been 30 days since i posted off my letters asking for my 6 year statements and ive han no reply.was just wondering what i should do next?

i sent my cheques and letters asking for statements on the 1/3/07.still not heard anything baack yet.was jjust wondering how long other people had to wait and it you did eventually get your statements.and also if they cashed your cheques?
