i think it will be 16 days not working days they were very quick to acknowledge my claim meaning waiting 28 days from the date you were served for nationwide to file their defence! mine acknowledged on 20th march so im hopping only a couple of weeks left!!

please keep me informed of ur progress im sure they will pay up probably very close to the end of the 28 days!!

i think they are just trying to stall you continue with your claim on mcol! good luck

hi i am claiming from nationwide at the moment filed with mcol deemed served 20th acknowledged an intention to defend dated 20th march now i havent heard anything since !! can anyone advise me what the next step is likely to be? thanks x

hello first posting just figured out how to do it! i am claiming £850 plus court fees and interest from nationwide. court papers were served and an intention to defend was recieved back dating 20th march. have not heard anything since. does anyone have any advice on what i should do? should i be getting worried? thought i would have had at least a part payment by now? any advise greatfully recieved thanx
