hi, debenhams defaulted her in august 07, cl finance defaulted her first in may 2008 then when i checked her credit file today cl defaulted her from july 2008 and every month since. Unfortunately there is no ppi on this, but a fair few late payment and admin charges .thanks

hi,the original debt was with debenhams,passed to viking then after a couple of late payments passed to cl finance who then took her to court in 2008 after more late payments, she admitted the debt and recieved a ccj.

hi, could anyone help me with this question please. My wife has been on a monthly repayment plan with cl finance after recieving a ccj, she has never missed a payment , a couple of days ago she checked her credit file and noticed she had been defaulted every month for the last eighteen months! Can they do this and if not what can we do. thanks

hi, i wonder if anyone could help, i have a ccj with cl finance, howard cohen solicitors which they took over from my debenhams card 2 years ago the ccj stated i payed £100 a month i have been late with the payment a couple of times but have always paid it. today i have recieved a letter from northampton court saying it has been transfered to bradford court for enforcement. what does this mean? and what can i do? i would be grateful for any help!
