  2. Got caught speeding last sunday and received a £60 fine and need to produce my license at the local station within 7 days. Thing is, i can't find the paper part of the license. Went down to the police station yesterday and explained and all i got was "Well, it'll just go to court if you can't find it"! What can i do?
  3. I've recently been hit by a mistake by the taxman, and can't afford my local gym anymore. Now i know there is a 3 month notice to cancel a membership, but i cannot afford another 2 months fees. Can anyone help on how to appoach this situation?
  4. Paid out around another £200 in "fees". Wanna claim these back as well. Anyone else claimed for a second time? Would it be wise to mention i've won once before and i know that i will win, so won't put up with all their "tricks"?

  10. In the process of claiming for my partner. We sent all the letters last year for her account, up to the LBA letter, but didn't go as far as going to the small claims court. I won my case last year http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloydstsb-successes/4190-rjh-lloyds-tsb.html Is the address to send the LBA letter still this? Service Recovery Centre 3rd Floor 125 Colmore Row Birmingham B3 3SF Also, she's had some more charges since then, and 'im adding these to the total. Shouldn't be a problem, should it?
  11. How long after you receive the settlement letter do you receive your money?
