  2. Hello All, Hoping this is in the correct forum. I am stuck in limbo with Lowell and 3 Networks with a default on a Pay as Go direct debit, which should not have been there. I called into the 3 Networks Store and asked for my direct debit to be cancelled, I also left £40 credit in that account. It was agreed into store that no money would be owed, I unfortunately do not have anything to back this up in writing I went to apply for a Mortgage last year and was told by the broker to check my credit rating, I checked my credit rating and seen 3 years of defaults for Lowell. I called Lowell up last may and they told me this was a 3 networks debt, I explained my case and Lowell told me to pay the £25 and all would be ok, that this debt would be cleared from my credit rating, it would take up to 50 days. I called Experian to see why this was not cleared as a default on my account, they said I would have to talk to 3 Networks as the default came from them. I spoke with 3 Networks, they understood the issue and want a letter from Lowell to say the debt has been cleared and that there has been a miss understanding, Lowell said they dont do that, however a lovely lady in customer service said she would try her best to talk to 3 Networks. Both Parties just need contact but either one will contact each other, is there a way to make them speak to each other and clear my default which should not have been there? This is the only default on my credit profile, will this affect my credit rating going for a Mortgage? Thanks for any help on this
  3. Hi All, I watched the watchdog show a while ago, do you remember talk talk saying that you could leave without honouring your contract if there were a lot of problems with your phone/broadband? talk talk say it is £70 to get out of the contract? I work in telecoms and replaced everything, cables, router, etc and it aint me thats the fault Also i had direct debit setup for the 25th of each month and, talk talk started taking the money out on the 24th, now the 23rd, i have never seen a direct debit moving dates in my life? I got charged £28 by Natwest for not having money in my account! i get paid on the 25th of each month. Really have had enough, any ideas? Thanks a mil, K
  4. I got a letter for a goodwill payment of £360, gathering my current financal status, its £50 down from my original claim, this will come in handy now. If i accept, will they pay the £360 and how long will it take? Cheers, K
  5. Thanks all, its so wrong I spent enough money over the years in Corals, but its has made me re-think, i'd be better of keeping my money and betting anymore after that, it has given me a real sickner to gambling and there laws. Its true what they say about gambling, theres only one winner and its not the poor auld punter who gives up some of this hard earned wages.
  6. PS Do I have the right to view security footage, I am just thinking now that the staff delayed me from putting on the bet asking me to do extra football bets on that match. Could it be that the staff new the goal was scored and delayed me on purpose? Cheers, K
  7. True but I was in the shop and chatting with the staff at the time of kickoff, if they check the security cameras they can verify this, I suppose its the genuine ones like me that get stung. Cheers, K
  8. Hi All, This is an odd one but I am so disappointed with Coral. A couple of weeks ago I put on a bet for Robbie Keane to score first in there away european game. I was in the betting office at the start of the match, I asked are you still taking bets for the match, I was told yes as the betting was still on the Coral monitor and was giving 8/1. I put on the bet and walked out of the betting shop. Robbie Keane scored first but my docket was a minute out, the goal was scored in the second minute but my docket said the 3 minute and they would not pay out? I have emailed Coral support and have had some mixed stories, they said the Coral monitor must have been broke as the first to score betting was still on the screen but cannot prove it. I have asked for the security tapes as freedom of information, to prove that the bet is valid. I have asked them to prove that there tills are in sync with fifa and skysports? Do I have a leg to stand on or are they just not going to pay up. Could I bring them to court? It £90 quid but its my £90 Cheers, K
  9. Hi All, I got my money after 6 months, I sent an email to complaints stating I would be starting legal action, never got a reply, but a week later i got my money, Cheers, K

Saving of £144 a year Hope this helps, K

  14. Hi All, Natwest Advantage Gold £12 a month, can i downgrade my account so I do not have to pay this charge or a lesser charge. The stuff you get with it is of no use? Thanks, K
  15. This happened in January i wonder if they would still have a copy?
  16. Its has the name of the company on it and my name but it is up to me to pay it, if it goes over the 25 days they start adding charges, if it goes over 60 days they stop it and tell the finance people. This is hard sometimes because of my travelling and cannot get my expenses in on time.
  17. Thanks, would u know what template would be the best? K
