  1. OK, just to update you all, I didn't get around to filing the N1 form yet, but LTSB kept sending me holding letters saying they were dealing with my claim. I received a letter the other day saying that of my claim for £645 in charges they would refund £513. (They state they don't refund interest etc). CanI ask what anyone thinks of this? One point of interest - I was claiming for 34 separate charges, and they have refunded my claim less £132, which works out to £3.00 per charge. I know there has been some speculation on the actual cost of processing etc and that £2.50 to £3.00 per charge has been the suggested value of this work/time. Do people think it is fair of them to retain £3 per charge, or should I go after the balance plus interest? I'd love to hear your views on this.
  2. OK, will do. Thanks very much, I'll be working on it this weekend.
  3. Hello all, I've been reading for a while and am now awaiting a response to my LBA, which generously I am expecting by 1st June allowing for the Bank Holiday! I've been looking at the N1 form today and seeing what I have to do next weekend, and I am going to go for CCI as there is a lot of helpful info on this forum regards defending it. My question is, if I fill in the N1 would anyone more experienced please take a look at it for me and check that it's OK? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me!
  4. Actually, I've just realised that LTSB sent me a new card this month and the full T&C's are on the back of the letter. If anyone would like a copy please let me have an address - I can scan it and send it as an attachment.
  5. Hello all, just thought this link may help - since people are asking about LTSB's T&C's. Lloyds TSB - Current account charges Even their application form doesn't contain any conditions about keeping within overdraft limits, operating the account in any specific ways etc. However, it's late and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing as surely it is down to interpretation?
