  3. We had a bank account with the Co-Op for our business a few years ago. We closed it down about a year ago. A couple of questions - can you claim even when the bank account is no longer operational? How long can you go back? And does anyone know the address that I need to write regarding getting the list of fees paid? Thank you

  5. Hi all, I hope someone can help me sift through what I need to know. I have had many, many charges over the last 14 years. We had a £400 fee over 2 weeks with my husbands business! I was in tears over that one as it is a very small business and put us into overdraft. Anyway, just wanting to know where to start? I bank with the Co-Op now and they have some big fees! I have not worked out how much I have paid yet. I also banked with Lloyds and Nat West. How far can you go back? I must have paid thousands Anyway, thank you and look forward to filiing my claim against the mean people that took my money whilst on benefits
