Hi all, Wonder if anyone can help. I have been through the dpa. I have all the info i needed. I wrote them the letter saying i want £XXX back. They put less than half back in my bank account. I wrote them the letter saying I will accept as part payment but will not accept as full and final offer. They have now written to me saying that they will investigate (we have been through this already, dont know what they can possibly be investigating now!!) They have said they will write to me in 40 days to let me know of the outcome. This takes it over my deadline and i think they are just trying to make a fool of me and i dont know where to go from here. Can anyone please advise??!

Hi everyone i have applied for my charges back from Abbey,Monument,Lloyds and Capital one. I have been offered half what they owe me from Abbey (who has already put £910 out of £1890 owed into my bank!) Monument have offered me half,Capital one have offered me half and LLoyds have totally ignored all my letters!! However i cannot find the letter that says you will accept it as partial payment. I am not exactly sure what to do next. Can anyone please help?

Hi all, Well i asked Barclaycard for my statements around two months ago. I had no reply before the 40 days ran out on the 22nd April. Today i have received my statements up to June 2004. They say the rest will be here in around 6 weeks!!! They say these are kept on micro film and are more difficult to track,also that as they are iin microfilm they are not covered under the freedom of information act and i am therefore not entitled to see them,but as a "gesture of good will" they will forward them on to me. Are they allowed to do this as i don,t think 3 months is acceptable! Anybody have any ideas?? Thanks Lisa
