  1. HI Guys thanx for comments Kerry Ward who I spoke to is a supervisor and is adamant nothing can be done What do I do next? Ironman 20082006
  2. HI Guys I ve just had a credit card statement from Lloyds stating they have increased the monthly rate for purchases from 1.019% to 2.210%- An increase of 216% by my reckoning! This has to be an unfair increase I ve spoken to Kerry Ward at LloydsTsb Credit card and she is adamant that this cannot be reversed and that thousands of accounts have been reviewed and have had the same treatment. I ve also pulled my equifax report and this account has been conducted with no arrears in 2006 or 2007 and has been open since 1994-information provided by Lloyds to an independent 3rd party telling them that the account is a well run account Have I got any chance of getting this reversed? Should I write to the Ombudsmen? Help would be appreciated Regards Ironman20082006 Beat LloydsBank July 07 £4500 charges refunded

HI Kevin I did nt send the letter from Bartys link as I ve not got round to it yet.I rang my court to find out who to make a cheque payable for £100 and they wer confused -see below The court just asked me to send a letter in stating I d received conflicting advice re the £100 fee from them and asking Court Manager to advise accordingly. The staff at my court weymouth did nt seem to know whether a fee was payable or not when AQ have been dispensed with So at least my attempt to pay them is on file
