  9. Hi there, Today,I recieved my statements from Nationwide (2 weeks from sending letter & £10), I have added all my charges up and have a few questions. Do I add the 8% interest on now or at a later stage? Also does anyone have a letter template for the next step? Thanks very much in advance
  10. Hi there, I am just after a little advice regarding my claim for refunding of charges. I sent Barclaycard a letter in early February requesting details of charges but did not mention or send the £10 cheque required. Should I write again with the cheque or hang on for a few more weeks as I doubt they move quickly on these cases. Thanks in advance for any info.
