Thanks Moneyhelp I have read that still confused, and Tilly I get charged 39.00 is this still the same charge, they whole thing is doing my head in!

I am completly stupid, I don't have an overdraft but have direct debits coming out of my account and when there has been no money in my account they have charged me are they classed as overdraft charges????????????

I have filed an N1 form and mine is not for overdraft charges it is regarding direct debits is this in away different from the test case? Gutted! thought I would have my money in 2 weeks!

Morning all I am now panicking as I only have a 12 days left before the halifax have to enter a defence and now they have statred this case thing will this affect existing claims?

if halifax enter a defence does that mean I have to go to court? they acknowledged my claim yesterday?

Thanks Seaside Lady, so can I just confirm (you will probably think me I am stupid) my N1 was deemed served on the 12th July so they have until tomorrow 26th to acknowledge if they do they then have until 30th is that right, I get so confused what should happen then? so sorry to sound dim!

I thought if they acknowledged my claim it gave them a further 28 days is this not so??

Morning Peeps Need some advice, Halifax have until tomorrow to acknowledge my claim which is their 14 days if they don't should I file a judgement or send them a letter giving them an extra 7 days? not sure what to do next

Good luck I filed my court claim and shoould ahve heard by the 26th hope I don't hear anything as then I win by default!

Well done Sanand, I got told by a fella yesterday that he had 28 days to acknowledge my claim is that right or is it 14 days? in total how many days have you waited since filing your claim at court??? I love hearing good news that people have been paid out it gets me all excited think i will be soon. CONGRATULATIONS x
