  2. I sent a CCA from day one and got back a copy of the original agreement. Are they in breach of anything for not sending me regular statements ? I have not had anymore texts and as yet nothing by post, I'll sit tight. I had some £15 standard penalties when with Citi.
  3. "looking better than you thought" - what does that mean ? No PPI and I have had no missed payment penalty charges since Capquest. One strange thing was that two payments in March and April 09 appear on my bank statement as payments to Capquest ? I was only notified in September 09 that Citi had sold it on ?
  4. Loan Taken out November 07. Paid back to Citi 3732.90 Paid back to Capquest £4440.00 Total £8172.90 Original loan was for £8000 plus interest and fee = £12,100. Have got all the paperwork from them , that is first thing I did. Last statement February 2011 !
  5. I had a loan with CitiFinancial, had a few problems paying them but always spoke to them. I was told that I would not be in default ! Out of the blue in 2009 I got a letter saying loan was sold to Capquest. they hassled me for full payment. After seeking advice I agreed on paying £100 per month. They put it to £120 after four months, have been paying that since, totalling £4440. It is on my CRA although I have tried to get it removed as I was ill advise by Citi. I have not had an account statement since 2011. I will not be ringing them. thanks
  6. I have had an agreement with Capquest for ages and have fulfilled all my payments. I do not appear to have had a statement of account for two years. I have just received a text asking me to call them. Should I ignore this and wait until they write to me ?
  7. Wonder why they are getting all mixed up ?
  8. No I have not had a statement. They took the debt over in November 2009. I thought you had to send a statement every year now, is that true. As far as interest is concerned I just think they have taken the outstanding sum from Citi Financial. What do you suggest I do ?
  9. I have now received 3 letters from CQ. One dated 18th stating that they have bought the loan along with others and I should contact them, which I already had prior to the letter. I also got a letter laying out the payment terms. £220 now and the monthly from 10th December until the loan is paid off. I then got a letter asking for my income and expenditure. I told them I could be pay £220 on the 25th of each month. Do I have to comply with the Income / Expenditure letter, they say they will ask for proof as well. Think I might send this CCA letter of now and not pay them anything. I don't think I am being unreasonable.
  10. How do i get the Customer Care email address or phone number, i need to speak to them urgently. Thanks
  11. I decided to try and do something about my debts, see below the emails. Mr Boden has really upset me and could have ruined my life ! Read from the bottom up ! Thanks for the information. Due to the nature of your request, I will have to refer your e-mails onto our Customer Support Unit in Brighton, as we are unable to authorise any changes to formal lending agreements. Regrettably they do not have external e-mail facilities, therefore, they will be using traditional methods of communication. I trust you will hear from them in the near future. Regards Keith Boden - Lloyds TSB Service Recovery ******************************************************************************************** From: Sent: 11 April 2006 13:37 To: CONTACT.US Subject: RE: General Info Request Thanks for getting back to me. All correspondence by mail currently goes to the correct addresses as held on your records for the individual accounts. There is one joint account, which will be being closed shortly. My sort code is XX-XX-XX and my main account is nnnnnnn. As suggested in my first email this is as a result of a problem with another company and I am only looking at what possibilties are available and do not want to start taking any action as yet, unless of course you are able to do / suggest something to ease my monthly financial burden Not sure what possibilties there are on the credit card for example. Kind Regards ***************************************************************************************** From: CONTACT.US [mailto:CONTACT.US@LloydsTSB.co.uk] Sent: 11 April 2006 13:27 PM To: Subject: General Info Request Thanks for the e-mail. The purpose of my request was to ascertain the branch and accounts you hold in order to progress your request. Personally, I will not be responding by letter, however I cannot confirm/deny that there may be a requirement for 'non-e-mail correspondence' as matters progress. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Keith Boden - Lloyds TSB ***************************************************************************** From: Sent: 11 April 2006 10:41 To: CONTACT.US Subject: RE: General Info Request Before I let you know this information I would like to point out that I do not wish any correspondance going to my home address. At the moment the Credit Card is registered at my work address, the current account has a correspndance address of a local branch, and I am trying to get the loan account changed to that address. These are measures in place to try and resolve some very important personal issues. Thanks From: CONTACT.US [mailto:CONTACT.US@LloydsTSB.co.uk] Sent: 11 April 2006 10:35 AM To: Subject: General Info Request Thank you for the e-mail, which has been passed to this office by the On-line Helpdesk. I am sorry to learn of the apparent problems you are experiencing. In order that we may progress your request, can you provide me with the 6 digit sort code/name/location of your account holding branch and your current address and post code. Regards Keith Boden Lloyds TSB - Service Recovery Birmingham ***************************************************************************************************** From: Sent: 10 April 2006 14:20 To: CONTACT.US Subject: General Info Request I currently have a personal loan, credit card and current account with yourselves. Due to incompetence of another company I am going to find myself short of around £7500 which I had been relying on to service these loans over the coming months. It appears that I cannot get any extension on my overdraft facility to cover this shortfall, and really I do not want it. Is it possible to request a "holiday" in payments on any of the accounts while I deal with the Financial Ombudsman regarding the other company. My letter of complaint has already gone off. Many Thanks
