  1. Hi I sympathise with your problem with this company. I was due to repay a payday loan I had with them and had the money in my account to do so, but my bank had flagged the card due to fraudulent use (unrelated to Wonga) and Wonga called me claiming they had only been able to take part-payment. I agreed to make a bank transfer for the balance, which I did that evening. Yes, you guessed it: when I got my statement turns out they had taken full payment in 14 small payments. Now I can't get them to refund me the over-payment. You can't get through to them on the phone and they don't respond to e-mails. I have written to them..no reply. I asked for contact details for a senior manager..no response. Not quite sure what to do now. I sent them bank statements showing what they had taken, but they won't deal with it.
