yes I asked the fella at the court for a copy of the claim and he said it was for £45,000 ..... but he couldn't help me with any other details. Don't know how they found my new address - probably through the electoral roll

I called the Court earlier and they said that I can fill in the section 10 of the form which is an opportunity to pay voluntarily without your employer being ordered to make deductions from your pay. What do I put on the form for section 10 ????? 10 OFFER OF PAYMENT I offer to have from my pay £ ........ deducted I would like a suspended order because :-

Ell-enn thanks for replying ....... this is a right old mess ... I don't know how much the Halifax sold the property for and I don't know how much was owing ... I have had no contact with either the Halifax or Welcome until I received the letter to my new address from Welcome saying that I need to fill in the Statement of Means form.

Hello, I had my house repossessed last January by the Halifax the property was worth £125,000 ..... which was originally a £38,950 mortgage back in 1987. I also had a secured loan from Welcome Finance for £15,000 .... they now are harrassing me for £45,000 they've gone to the court and are asking for a Statement of Means to be filled in or they will send the Bailiffs round within 7 day's Can anyone give us some advice on what to do here please ???

RESULT Richblade + £2908.87 :D HALIFAX - £2908.87 :| Thanks for all your help (Martin mainly) for getting us through this I will make a donation to this site and encourage any one to take them on It's been a long wait - but worth it ... Only thing now is that I have to do it all again for the other £769 they have taken since I started this claim. -

I am claiming £2788.87 incl interest Claim issued to Sheffield County Court 29 June 2006 - £120.00 The defendant filed an Acknowledgement of Service on 11 July 2006 The defendant responded to the claim indicating an intention to defend all of the claim I was expecting to receive this payment by now ..... :mad: and the Halifax have now added another £600 worth of charges to my account I am in BIG TROUBLE with missed payments ... Mortgage \ Bills etc .... How much longer do I have to wait ???????????????????????????? :confused: -

How much longer do I have to wait ?????? :mad: :mad: I sent in the N1 form last thursday .... but still no money yet ! Do they stick it straight into your account without notification ?
