I have written twice to Creation and they have not responded. I am just waiting to hear re cca.

I have currently CCA them as I have had the same problem. The address they had for me I had not lived there for 15 years also I have never heard of Creation. They were phoning me each day until I sent CCA. I wouldn't pay them anything until the CAB have sorted it for you. They sent me a card aswell.

Hello I have decided to CCA NDR and SAR Littlewoods. I think this might get NDR off my back for awhile. I think the reason they do it verbally is because people say yes to get them off the phone thinking it won't cost much. However, when you look at the the amount they do charge its extortionate. Will be interested to see how you go.

Just come across this thread as my account has been passed to NDR for collection. With reference to the item on EXTRACARE, I can confirm that this is done verbally over the phone and I did accept this initially but when I realised how much it was costing I cancelled it. Advice please- do I CCA NDR or do I SAR Littlewoods or should I do both because I know there are a lot of admin charges added on.

What baffles me is why they ring and hang up, or ask for a "Mr Smith" what do they gain from it as it is costing them money, not me, to keep ringing.

I had the 623 7100 number aswell and when I rang it no one spoke just hung up. the number I keep getting on my phone is 0870 1525677. I once rang it back to see who it was so every time it now appears I am logging the calls. They received my letter yesterday,no calls today.

I sent CCA request to them yesterday Special Delivery so should received before 1.pm today. Will consider BT should they continue to phone after today. Thanks for the advice.

I know the feeling. My daughter suffers with a mental health disorder and this business of NCO keep hanging up is really worrying her.

My daughter has been paying GCC on reduced rates. They are collecting on behalf of Kays Catalogue. They have charged her £15.00 on more than one occasion for being a day late. I note that GCC are a non-trading company, what does this mean? She doesn't receive statements and has been paying this debt now for 5 years, the original debt was about £700 and still owes £391.30. Can you offer any advice on how to proceed.

They've contacted me at an address that I have not lived out since 1992 and I am having trouble with them trying to sort it out as they do not respond to correspondence only with stereotype letters. They phone here everyday but never speak just hang up. Today was unusual as they asked for Mr Smith. Ask them to contact you in writing only. good luck.

Further to my other thread on NCO my daughter has just taken another call from them and they asked for Mr Smith. My daughter said it was the wrong number. Just to make sure of my facts I did 1471 and 3 and sure enough it was NCO. This is becoming scary!

I am new here and I have a problem with NCO. They wrote to the address of my ex where I have not lived since 1992. Any move I've made I have notified everyone who needs to know. They are saying I owe Creation Financial Services £1200. I have no knowledge of this debt. I have written to both companies but all I get is standard letters. I have asked proof of this debt but nothing todate. NCO phone everyday but just put the phone down on me, don't speak. What path should I follow now.
