  3. Went into my local HSBC who when asked the question about refunding charges redirected me to their Customer Relations Dept. @ Canada Square, London. So sent by recorded delivery the 1st letter asking for a refund of £47.50. Thought it worth trying the local approach for such a small amount first, but obviously their staff have now been informed to redirect all enquiries to Canada Square.
  4. I have found that HSBC have charged me £47.50 for being overdrawn twice in the last 6 years. Because of the cost involved in taking them to court is it worth me claiming. Also can i claim back the cost of taking them to court Thank you.
