Hi, After first contact with NatWest Bank I received a letter from them telling me that they would deal with my request in the next 6-7 weeks. I assume that they are just stalling and will never reply again. My 'Letter Before Action' is therefore composed and ready to go today (14 days after they received my first approach as advised). With the OFT hearing in motion do I need to wait until the hearing is resolved before I send this letter? I will probably send the LBA anyhow just to be a pain in the a**e. I also notice that Natwest are not one of the banks stated as being envolved in the action (typical of them to piggyback along at someone elses expense), does this makle any difference? Many Thanks Porbeagle
