hi just had a check on my experian on-line credit file, and I noticed I got served a default on 01/05/2007 for a Barclaycard that I have not had since 2001, which I closed account with, since I moved out of an previous address. To which i have not the slightest clue how this has happened. All there is is payment history is just a default notice slapped right bang middle in April 2007 with no other payment data. For a Delinquent Balance of £9! I had a look at the sticky thread for getting defaults removed. Figure this is the way to go. I need the account number to proceed, how do I get it and any ideas or advice on how to proceed. much appreciated for any help ami
