i repalce discs 6 times a day and see lots of bad discs , cheep discs , rusty discs , your discs are junk , bad steel most likley , tell them to replace them now , do not apcept a skim

i had my home insured with rbs 2007-2008 when renewal came up it was too expensive , so i went to swinton , canceled rbs by phone , sent back docs with short note , all went well until 2009 , in comes rbs insurance renewal , soon found out they had not canceled , and had stolen 700 quid from my rbs bank account during 2008-2009 , contacted my branch thinking direct debit garentee ??? , now 7 months later they have had copys of swintons policy doc and lots of letters as proof that i had other insurance still wont give me my money back ,

Hi, I sent my V5 logbook in when my escort van was stolen and then scrapped over 2 years ago! but after writing a letter to DVLA, in response to a SORN fine, explaining the situation, I had no response and my case has simply been passed onto the Bailiffs "Philips Collection Services" who are demanding I pay the fine of £80 or face imprisonment or a £1000 fine!!! i am a self employed mechanic , i have a yard full of cars that no one has returned to collect , they have been left for estimates , or to have work done , the owners do not return telephone calls or say that they will collect their car but never do , when can i dispose of them ?

ncp claim that they have the right to enter a private yard , clamp and remove untaxed vehicles , and quote some goverment finance act gives them permision , with the exception of garage premises or house driveway , but clamping crews seem to thing if it is more that two inches from the premises it can be clamped my whole issue here is that

well,on friday afternoon the clater of chains was heard and off went my astra to the dog pound, complete with vt30 tax exemption in place , driver said dont care , call the pound and pay up.

yesterday for the second time in 6 months ncp clamped a car at my garage premises (in private yard), i expained to the clamping crew that the vehicle has vt30 and is exempt from foad tax just now , reply was dont care take it up with the clamping controller in glasgow , this time i want to make a police complaint and have them charged with somthing , like breech of my peace or somthing , any ideas ? , a small tip to all , if car gets clamped remove a wheel for some kind of urgent repair , they are not able to lift the car with street lifter truck

car is exempt from having road tax and mot for the journey to mot station only after you have made an appointment , if you pass tax exempt to return home , if you fail you get vt30 on vehicle , you are mow exempt from tax and mot , to and from place of repair , and back to mot station

dvla with ncp have come mass clamping in small towns in scotland , they turned up in a private yard , where i have a vehicle repair garage , clamped eight vehicles , grabbed an other with a street lifter .

i recentley road taxed an old car so that i could transfer the reg no to my new car , after applying for the number transfer the vehicle being taxed for a month i sent the disc back fo a refund , weeks went by without any word from them , i telephoned them twice , was told its being delt with , eight weeks after sending the disc they send a letter to say no refund because a new disc had been issued at time of number transfer , my position here is that they had had my tax disc for 4 week before issuing other one i did not want a new tax disc i had scraped the car and returned the red doc by this time , i wanted a refund for 5 months road tax , i wrote them a letter but no reply , i now want to take them to small claims court to get my refund , any help please

after several weeks the shop owner wrote to me offering an in house repair , when I went to the shop , he told me that he did repairs for all of the large pram manufacturers , when asked him if he was an aproved repair centre or to provide me with a list of any training or a look at his insurance to carry out repairs , he went purple in the face and said that he had withdrawn his offer , and almost threw my pram at me , do I have a small claims case here ?

Can anyone tell me how to go here:confused: , We had an other baby 8 months ago , Being very disorganised , We bought a pram on our way home from hospital , We bought a very well known make , Silver Cross , The woman said it was the best one it would convert to a push chair when the baby got older , She then demonsted how to put it up and down to go in the car , We paid £295 and left , All went well until 4 weeks ago when my wife went to put the pram up to take the baby out for a walk, Somthing broke and the pram would not fold up , I went to the shop early on the next saturday morning , I was met by 4 sales women , I explained what had hapend , Without even looking at the pram they all got stuck in , Saying that we were not puting it up and down properly , One said its not a good make , One of them came round , Shook the pram about for a while and said the axle is gone , And said it only has a 6 month garentee , I said this can not be so , I was told to leave the pram for the shop owner to see it , The shop owner caled me on the monday to say it would have to go back to silver cross and I would have to pay for carrage and the cost of the repair , Help Help whare do i start with them

hi tomfun when you fit a wheel bearing you must remove the abs sensor to do this repair , some times they will not survive this operation , it is a problem with abs sensors
