Hey guys,
I have been following the guides on this website and I received the initial response from Nationwide today. As expected, they are playing the OFT card but something in the letter has got me a little confused.
They mention that if I am considering taking the case to court, they have agreements to postpone the hearing until the case has been concluded.
Am I wasting my time taking Nationwide to court?
Secondly, after reading through the response letter, it seems a little out dated for the context of their reply. Should I write my own reply, saying I am aware of the OFT situation or should I just stick to the standard response letter despite it being very similar to the one I originally sent?
