recieved my cheque from barclays today. even though it was agreed by phone and i clearly marked on the returned letter the amount the cheque is 100 quid short. ive left krysta a voicemail informing her i wont be cancelling the court date until its resolved

settlement agreed with krysta today by phone for full amount. just gonna post the acceptance letter now. wish i had a scanner to copy and email it right now lol now i can start again proper on the abbey! thanks everyone

they offered my charges interest and court fee but it was less the aq fee so i have politely emailed back suggesting that once i recieve a offer including this aq fee i will be happy to accept cheers saintly

i take it back saintly krysta emailed back inside 20 mins saying she has sent a settlement letter! lets hope its the full amount

oh dont worry saintly i appreciate why they are busy lol and i have emailed but youd think they would have a better way of dealing with these things i only have just under 3 weeks before the court case.

ok got my court date today 25th june which is a bummer cos i just started a new job for transprt for london so could be tricky getting that date off. do i have to attend or can i just submit my case? also they have graciously allowed 5 mins for the case to be heard! is this good or bad news do you reckon?

ok got the aq form and their defence which makes reference to some claims being over the 6 years wgich obviosly they werent when i first made the claim. do i need to ammend this will it affect it in any way.

Barclays filed their defence today. bit hacked off i have to pay another 100 quid for the AQ though. oh well soon be over i hope. I assume if i win that 100 is added to my claim payout?

i succesfully claimed from asda and have just been told tesco will also pay me out plus 150 quid compensation i claimed off both seems they are not cross referencing and i was just lucky i bought petrol off both in the affected time and areas! im gonna try get compensation off asda too now! so far im 320 up on my original claim!
