  1. Hi, Plodding on with claim. Delivered court bundle etc to the County Court on Tuesday, and sent Cobbetts copy last Friday. Court date 18 July and all documents to be relied on should be in 14 days prior to that date I have not received anything from Cobbetts. Do I contact them or the Court or just do nothing. This is all very stressful, can anyone help. Coppercat

  3. Thanks fot that. Someone has posted T&C FOR 2001. Although I was a customer prior to that, I am claiming back to 2001. Would those T&C be better to use than the present ones. Cheers Coppercat

  6. Hi, I have an Advent 7109B bought February. Last week the integral mouse stopped working. I rang the Tech Guys who attempted to reboot to see if it would restart. No luck. They then said they would arrange to collect it next week for repair. I went to Currys and asked for a replacement. They refused and said I have to accept a repair. I have looked at the time taken to do these repairs and they take a long time - up to a month. At present I can`t do withput my PC for that long and have cancelled the repair. I am using an external mouse. I was not given or shown any terms and conditions on purchase. Any comments?
  7. I have claimed under consumer contract when I was actually a sole trader. Have had a CPR 18 request from Cobbetts asking which terms in the consumer contract I rely on. Have not had anything from the court. Should I amend my claim to the Unfair Contract Terms Would appreciate some help
