Hi guys. Reading this thread spurred me on to claim back £159 that i was owed from Abbey. I posted my letter with all the details on Wednesday last week. Yesterday, i recevied a £32 "refund" straight to my account with no letter or nothing. The today i get a letter reminding me of their charges etc and saying they have refunded "a charge" today and that they wont be able to refund any further. What do i do now?! Any suggestions? Do i send another letter? Paul
