Good luck - I've also just sent a letter today, so have no info on length of time it takes for them to reply, but some of the other posts on this forum are encouraging... As a single mum with a low income (£107 a week!), each of these £30 charges makes a significant dent in my finances, and I would be very grateful to get them back. Victoria
