Hi, i have gone overdrawn with Bof I many times in last six years and when this happens they charge me an amount for aperiod of three months which can range from 45 to 75 pounds -they send a letter detailing things like every time i used atm, paid cheques etc and this totals up to £x. i have been charged £950 of these charges over six years. i wrote a letter asking for it back with template on moneysaving expert. They wrote back saying these were not default charges and the charges they have charged me are fair and equitable. i am writing back with next template letter to say i will take them to court. Has anyone been through anything similar and do they think i have a case? Thank you in advance!!
