so im not on my own with hassle from MBNA ive been trying to stop intrest paying £27 int a monthe late payment charges how can i pay late when ive a DMP with cccs , ive sent a DPA LAST THURS, im paying £20 each month the balance isnt going down cccs advice me not to stop paying them even though im not gaining, so will MBNA sent me my last 6 year statments ??

yer i know what your saying at work i have been having my dinner at a cafe not every day just mondays and thursdays , i started with sarnies which tinned meat ect is cheap at farmfoods ect , must admitt its dear eating out , also eat cheap cornish pastes gingsters from morrisons they do good deals b4 closing time ie roast chickens £1.50 . i dond mind doing a budget its that when MBNA are the only creditor that wont listen to cccs ect.. why should i pay them when its dead money..

rang cccs up today to give them my budget plan to work out how much to give to creditors, now snag 1 i asked them to tell MBNA to stop the intrest they said no they cant so i said look im paying £20 a month and not paying the debt off the women told me well we will send your budget plan to MBNA basically a waste of time asking. this next snag she sounded like those at MBNA i see in your last budget your spending 55 a month at work i said i need that its for dinners at work , she said can you cut down come on every 1 food in my mouth is important than credit debt. i think they employ any didly donk at cccs .....

cant beleive this just got statement charges for unarranged borrowing for the time i was waiting for the last money they give me which as gone into my bank account so what happens next .

what happened it was the 14 day after the prelim letter i started with the LBA letter , then i heard the letter box and some mail drop to the floor, so as i went to look a big white envelope with NAT WEST on it , as you do read all the rubbish . think ive done well as it was this last 6 months i was not over my limit some of it is to clear a overdraft off. thanks for all the help in NAT WEST FORUM its MBNA next my top tip to every 1 is when claiming concentrate on 1 bank at a time ..

who as sent you letter asking for ownership of your debt?? i was refered to cccs from national debtline 0808 808 4000they told me about debt managment also they asked for all the debt i had,and went from there,.

hello tedsbird have you joined up with CCCS - they will do a budget plan with you and give all creditors what you can afford,also if **** MBNA ask you for 1 they are breaking the law oft told me if cccs have suplied MBNA with my outgoings they should accept this. also with phone calls nevber pnone from home , this is what i do i use a phone box this bloke asked is that your no it must have come up at MBNA lol so i said yes ,so if they ring they get a phone box, think its a good idea not to ring these scummers up . communicate with letters record every thing.. should you need to ring free phone 0800 092 4297 i once rang them from Manchester airport and the idiot said i dont reconise your number. lol

It would appear that the person dealing with Penalties at MBNA is- Mr. Steve Bailey Head of Customer Advocate Office MBNA Europe Bank Limited PO Box 1004 Chester Business Park Chester CH4 9WW This is the person at MBNA who is signing the MBNA stock letter offering the "Goodwill" payments in respect of the Unfair penalties. You might also like to send a copy of your complaint/ Request for the refund of charges to- Customer Satisfaction Department MBNA Europe Bank Ltd same address as above

ive a problem tonight i rang MBNA about charges put back on my acc which is being dealt with debt managment , now the lady on the phone said so they can stop the charges they need a update of my financial statement out goings ect, now i thought cccs did this i explained that they should have sent MBNA a statement of my outgoings should i do another .. also cccs told me that i still have to pay them even though they are charging ect , this site is more helpfull than cccs what is cccs supose to do just pay my debtors off i could do that myself

ive had to send another prem missed something off sent this monday recorded , just received a letter from Birmingham collections center asking me to cancel dd and so to avoid further charges . cccs are a waste of time looks like i wil have to sort it out
