Hello I have over £500 worth of bank charges with the A&L over the last 6 years and am very interested in what to do now. WHat are the court costs if this goes that far, is it worth it? I am of the understanding that I send the initial letter in the bank tamplate library, then send the second and take it from there. What problems could I encounter from the bank, would they make my life difficlt and close account etc? Thanks any advice would be great, Victoria
