I could scream!
I have been going around in circles for a week with PayPal and am getting nowhere.
I have two accounts with them A - an eBay account and B - a personal account which is used to accept donations for a website I run.
Account A has a - balance due to their ridiculous system. I shipped two items which a buyer says they did not receive, I sent tracking info to PayPal but they still found against me.
Account B has a positive balance and they have frozen it, asking for more information. The info I can give, I have. But two steps they want completing are bring account A back to a 0.00 balance and also to add a credit/debit card to Account B. I can't add a card as the two I have are attached to Account A. They just won't listen to this!
My arguement with them is, take the funds from B, put them in A and we'll all be happy. Nope, won't do this.
So, my only option as far as they are concerned is to wait 180 days and then the account will be unfrozen. SIX MONTHS????
Can they do this? Does anyone know what legal rights they have to link my two accounts and freeze one because the other is in a negative balance?
