can anyone help i'm oewd over £6,000 can i claim in the county court?

hi martin i haven't been paid the money or accepted it as i only got the offer yesterday they say they will put the money into my account within 10 working days does this mean i accept the offer.there is nothing on the letter to state that i have to sign anything or send anything back to say i accept. if i accept this is that the end of the claim.thanks graham

hi, not sure what to do i've been made an offer from the bank of £750 i'm claiming for over £6,000 can i keep the offer and still go to court for the rest or do i tell the bank i'm not accepting it as they say it is a good will gesture
