Hello everyone, to cut a long and boring story short i had a lot of trouble paying off a student overdraft and it has now been passed onto capquest who have been quite nasty over the phone. A bit worried about the situation and was wondering what the best way to go about getting this sorted. any help would be very much appreciated as i have no idea what the best thing to do is
