  2. Hi Please will you give me some advice again ?!! I sent an ammended LBA to the Woolwich on 27th June the original one I sent was in error as it included interest so on your advice i sent another and the new deadline became 12 jul. In the meantime i received a letter from Barclays on the 28 june offerring me 1134.00 and i sent a rejection reply on the 4th jul stating if the full amount was not offerred by 11 th jul i would take legal action without further notice. ( i didnt accept their offer as partial settlement just said no) I then received a further letter on the 11th of july stating they were unable to agree to my request of a full refund and 1134.00 was their final offer. Im a bit unsure what to do next do i send another letter accepting their offer as partial settlement or apply to the court for the full amount of 1688.00. Im tempted to accept the 1134.00 to be honest with you and lose 450.00 or so as ive heard a few scare stories of people losing their claim altogether whats your veiw on this ? Thanks for all youve helped me with in the past Karen
  3. Hi all Please can you advise me ? I sent my letter before action to the Woolwich 2 weeks ago but i made the mistake of putting in the 8% interest as overdraft interest,i know now i should have omitted the interest until step 5 but too late to go back now. The 14 days is up tomorrow and i still havent heard anything have i completely ruined my chances of refund of the charges and what does anyone suggest i do now? Would appeciate anyones help on this Many thanks Karen:|

  6. Hi Can anyone help me ? I sent my prlim letter to the Woolwich on 24 may recorded delivery,it was received on the 25 may, I was all ready to send the LBA to them on the 8th of June ( 14 days later) but received and acknowlegment from them stating they would aim to resolve the matter by the 4 july. The letter they have sent is dated the 6th of june and they state in it they received the prelim on that date, however their letter haseems to have come from the po box 163,Bexley Heath address and I have posted all my correspondance to their registered office 1 Churchill Place.
