  1. Well I've done the deed now and sent off the SAR by Record and Track. I'm itching for a scrap with Lloyds (and a few others) and it's nice that for once the boot is on my foot. Thanks to everybody for the help and support so far - I'm certain I'm going to need a lot more yet though!
  2. Thanks Lazybones. I've got all the time in the world, I just want to get it right and above all I want to get these b******s as they've caused me a lot of grief. There are a few others too, but this lot will make a good start and hopefully give me the confidence to go after the others as well.
  3. I've spent about 2 weeks reading through a lot of the stuff on here and I want now to start a claim against Lloyds, but there are a couple of things I'm not sure of. Firstly, I read the thread Lloyds - NO Statements- Just a List of CHGS and I need to know if the standard template letter is enough to get me the information I need. I presume it will be, because it says "...Please supply me with a complete list of transactions and charges relating to my banking history with your organisation." This outh to be enough to get everything, but I just wonder if somebody could confirm this. Secondly, I want to claim for charges on my credit card and my current account. I understand from what I have read that the template letter will cover both, but where do I send it to? Thank you for your help in anticipation.
  4. Livelylad, does this also mean that you can include credit cards and current accounts? I have a problem with Lloyds TSB with both. I've been reading through the forum for a while and I'm now gathering my thoughts for a full-frontal assault on these reptiles. So far, I've just been storing up questions to ask, but this was one of them so the moment seems opportune. Cheers
  5. Good Evening to everyone at this forum. I have had some bad experiences with the banking industry in the UK and so far I've been kicked all over the place. Now I've decided that I've had enough and I want to the boot on my foot. I'm not in a hurry but I do want to get it right and be absolutely sure of what I'm doing, so the advice I've read so far makes perfect sense to me. Over time, I hope to be a valuable member of this forum. Until then, I know I'm going to need some help and advice. So here's to a long and fruitful relationship! Cheers!
