Hi Martin3030, it was done through the bank,the name on the letter is Sandy Watt ,with all the bumf [ie] having reviewed your case and as a gesture of goodwill and without admission of liability etc etc,i dont know if me being a customer with them for over 32yrs had anything to do with it i would hate to go back that far can you imagin the charges?anyway thanks martin to all who helped i will be intouch
