Hi all i got hold of all my statements from the past five years, they owe me 2042.50. I sent the basic letter from lbc website, and had there standard reply letter saying that i broke my contract etc etc and gave me the complaints booklet and that that was the end of the matter. So i sent a second letter asking them to demonstrate that the charges were fair and just etc, and gave them another seven days to respond. I have hit a brick wall as now they said that the letter i recieved to start with still stands and that is the end of the matter. (Or take it up with the complaints onsbudsman leaflet thing). What to do now? Should i start out on court proceedings and follow through with my threat, any advise would be greatfully recieved.
