Hi all just a quick question, what happens if the total ammount claimed including interest and the 8% I can also claim if my case goes to court exceeds £5k?? Have I made a booboo!! I received the usual letter to my prelim saying they would offer £383 as a goodwill gesture in full and final settlement out of a total over 4k, In my reply I stated I would accept this offer as an interim payment and will be persuing repayment of the full ammount.
