  1. Im at the court stage now after i was told No to getting my money back after the LBA letter was sent Whats the easiest way to go now with this & the best way. Im not 100% what im doing & can see people are doing different things..
  2. Well its past the 14 days now since the LBA letter was sent which they said no to so now its going down the court route Im abit scared as im not sure what to expect and how far this will actually go I have just printed off the N1 thing from section 4 of the templates post above.. Is this the right thing to do???? It also says from what i can gather that i need to pay £120 to get the ball rolling is that right??? How long does it take to genrally hear back & whats the next step.. Whats the chances of it going right to court??? Id hate to be left to pick up all the costs if i dont get my money back.. Its so daunting i wish i had done this when it 1st all started as not many people then had to get this far
  3. Sent my LBA letter off, on the 9th July & get a letter back on the 12th still saying "No" This letter though was the same one as when they sent me a response back to the Preliminary one?? Is that right. Its the same wording and at the end says i have 56 days to come back to them or there closing the case.... Whats the best thing to do now?
  4. Nationwide Building Society Branch Service Centre Electra House Farnsby Street Swindon SN38 9NQ Is this the address to send to im on letter number 3 asking it back the 1st one i sent said no.
  5. The request for my money Just looked at the next step which is the LBA but they did respond to my letter saying they werent giving me my money so do i use this one or another letter????
  6. With all the charges it came to just over 1k.... Got a letter back to say they wont be giving me my money back they only do it in exceptional cases I dont get it so many people have had there money back why cant i?????? Is there a next step or is that it??? I thought i may have got a letter back offering me X amount to start with
  7. I am about to send my letter off asking for x amount back They sent me what i had been charged the past 6 years. Does it go back to the data protection team or does it go to someone else now???? Is it still woth doing as someone lost in court didnt they?
  8. Today is 46 days and still no statements or nothing Sent my letter off with £10 enclosed on the 16th Feb Got a response back on the 2nd march saying they had requested my statements & they would be sent to me in due course although they acknowedge that they have 40 days for the SAR request to be completed. Tues 27th March i phone on the number given at the top of my letter 01604 8556060 but they cant take my call and i have to leave a message, i say they have 7 days to send them to me or im taking the next step that was then day 42 Today is day 46 & still nothing, on fri (lastweek) i was going to to fax a letter to them, but i ended up in hospital all day with my son so it didnt happen.. What should i do now??????????? Fax them saying they have 7 days that then has given them 54 days or go onto the next step???
  9. I did mine and nothing im on 46 days now, they wrote to me about 16 days after i had sent it, i still have the letter to say they would get my statements to me, but heard nothing since
  10. Yes i did I sent this on the 16th feb & got a letter back from them on the 2nd Marcb so 14 days later saying that my statements had been requested and would be sent in due course.. Since i sent the letter off the 16th Feb today is now day 42, or does it go from when they sent me the letter saying that my statements had now been requested which would then mean that i would need to hear from them 11th April which would then have been 82 days in total??? Or is it 40 days in total they have from the time i send my 1st SAR letter to then getting the statements...
  11. 40 days was yesterday and no statements have come through the post so now what Today is day 41 & the letter i had from them a few weeks back in feb said that my statements would be sent soon, but nothing since I knew i wouldnt get them
  12. Is it worth calling them to say im still waiting or should i leave it, they still have 6 days
  13. I sent a letter off asking for my last 6 years worth of stataments & 3 weeks later i got a reply to say that they would send them.. That was now 13 days ago and still nothing I take it that as they responded within 40 days i just have to sit & wait, as its not 40 days in total is it to get the statements as well.
