i have been reading some of the threads and thats why i have the confidence to start. does anyone know if the letters can be sent by e-mail and what e- mail address for the halifax do you use ? gerry

hello everyone, joined this site after hearing about it from a friend and realising i could actually do some thing about being ripped off by the halifax. like lots of other posts i have never even thought of trying to get some of my money back. i have sent the letter asking for my statements yesterday (15) so am waiting to see what response i get.
