Tractorgirl we have exactly the same dates. i havent received any letters from nationwide through this claiming process so i dont know if i should be worried or not.

hi,can somebody pls give me some help.i have followed all the steps in claiming my bank charges now i have filed mcol and 28 days r up on 3 may.however today i have been charged again £80 in bank charges.is there any chance to add them now to my claim?thanks for any help.xx
