thanks for the replay, yes it does say on it that it is a loan and not a hp agreement, my fault for not noticing it, but first time i'd ever bought a car so didn't know then what i know now, you live and learn i suppose. and if they have new owners then (and its car craft) then they won't have any interest...

Hello, Think i'm shafted here, but thought i'd put this out there and see. I got a Ford Ka from Switchcar, Liverpool 2 years ago and i was told by the sales people that after 3 years of a 5 year agreement i could end it, i.e. after paying half. However i have now found out that the actual agreement they gave me was a personl loan and not a hire purchase and a such i now can't do this. Although my wife was with me when they told me this, i don't have anything in writing from them regarding this, do i have any come back on this? thanks for looking...
