Hi everyone, little update. We had the preliminary hearing and it went ok i think. The judge accepted the sex discrimination case and bullying (failure in duty of care). He's going to come back to me on the TUPE breach because he said that it might be not their jurisdiction if it's a breach of contract. Anyhow, my husband contacted my union regional organiser and gave him a piece of his mind for having abandoned me in this ordeal. Immediately after he sent me an email saying that they want to mend their mistakes and most likely they can offer legal cover. We have a meeting tomorrow to discuss. On a differ3 points

That defence is superb - for you. They've basically admitted it! We should remember that EPS and Gladstones are separate entities. You can imagine something like - EPS - we want to defend. Gladstones - alright then Write something in the space after the number 3.. Gladstones don't care if EPS's case is hopeless. They get paid anyway. Ripping off motorists or ripping off their thicko clients both bring the £££££ in.1 point
