==================================

The new Consumer Rights Act deals with consumer contracts and particularly consolidates the Sale of Goods Act, the Supply of Goods and Services Act, the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regs. Additionally the CRA 2015 now provides for contracts for the sale of digital content.
The Act also deals with rules relating to student loans, competition, secondary ticketing and estate agents.

The new Act now makes very clear provision as to what consumer should expect from retailers when goods, services or digital content is not up to scratch.

The Consumer Rights Act does not apply to business to business contracts and you should still be looking at the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982
