Recently, I asked MM for a settlement figure, which was quoted at £907. I need this settled ASAP as I can no longer afford the repayments of £200 per month. However, I was not able to settle at this time. After some rejigging of household bills, I proposed to repay the £900 by way of 4 payments of £200 and a final payment of £107. This would fully repay the debt and release security on my car. I offered this as I have already paid un excess of the amount borrowed. The monthly payment was due on the 1st, but due to major household expense, and a change of pay date, I had to delay this to the 23rd. When I spoke to an agent in MM, he refused my proposal and suggested that I increase the monthly amount. The exising amount of £200 per month is unaffordable, and I can only stretch this by 'putting other creditors aside' for a short period. Any advice would be very helpful. The loan was taken out in August 2011 for £1200, to be repaid at £200 pm over 18 months. You can imagine the total amount that would repaid and has been repaid already. When I questioned them about whether the BOS had been registered, they quoted a registration number and date. I am concerned they will try and take the car due to the amount of scare stories I have heard on here.

Hi I have received a case management order in my claim, that was heard without the claimant and respondent (not too sure why), and it states within the order that the file of documents should have no more than 100 pages, my case is for unfair dismissal and discrimination and have documents which substantiate my claim for both way in excess of 100 pages - can i apply to the tribunal for more pages in the bundle? Thank you

I bought my car through Peugeot Finance in 2004 and it's highly likely I had PPI. I don't have any documentation such as credit agreement and don't even know the date I purchased the vehicle or when i finished paying, although I know I did so early. I've contacted the dealer wher I bought the car from and they had me on record but once I mentioned PPI said they couldn't find whether I'd had PPI. How do i go about finding out without any dates policy number etc etc. all I have is the fact that I bough the car in 2004 from a specific dealer and the finance company's name.

Had an interview at a well known sports shop, was offered the job, and had to provide proof of identification. I had to apply for my full birth certificate as part of this as I don't have a passport. Due to the fortnight I had to wait for it to be delivered, the original copies of this, my part birth certificate, paper part of my driving license, and my p45 were all handed into store to send off as this is what they asked me to do. I have now received a letter to say that they have not received this, I have already contacted the store about this, and the manager tells me that I am one of a few who this is happening to with them. He said that he would investigate and let me know what is going on, that was 10 days ago, still no word. I still haven't had a start date, or confirmation that I still have a job there, I have no idea how to go about this, and have been told that I am now at risk of having my identity stolen, any suggestions or advice would be greatly received. Before anyone gets clever and says I should have given copies, I realise that, I did not have the means at the time, and was told that if it was not received by them soon, employment would be terminated, which wasn't an option for me at the time.
