Well Letter gone out, backed by fax of letter direct to the branch and also an email as well.

Claiming back over £3500 going back to 1996. Dont think Ill get everything, however anything is nice.

I have been to the cash machine this morning and found that I am 50 pounds down in my account. However when checking online, I have noticed a cheque that has gone through.

Stupidly I cannot remember who I made this cheque out to, so I phoned YB's crappy telephone banking service, sorry I was transferred to there when I phoned my branch. When I asked who the cheque was made payable to - they tried to charge me £10.00 to tell me.

Is this right? - surely this is not a chargeable excercise?
