Just a follow up guys, I've been ignoring all from ARC litterly around 10 calls a day, I've now received a letter from ARC telling me the matter is being passed onto Majorlaw and I may be taken to court..

I emailed David lloyds a few weeks back stating again I'm willing to pay for what I owe them and I will not pay any admin fee on top..

Again they have told me they will reduce the fees but not take them away entirely..

What now???

should I just leave for now??? I've offered to pay my last month without fees, they've told me they can cut the fees to £25 + my month 

Just to clarify,

after reading through slicks drafts I sent them an email stating I would pay the remaining month but no more..

DL replied stating they would reduce the charges to £50... I still can't afford this on top of the £245 owed...

I'm having a little trouble with David lloyds and ARC Europe!!!

I've cancelled my contract and direct debit after 11 months of membership...

They're demanding I pay the £245 and now with Arcs charges of £75 on top!!!

I've told them I would settle up with them for the month I owe but there demanding payment for £320!!

I just can't afford anymore as this was the reason I quit, with the current living crisis I could no longer  afford my membership...

Any help would be much appreciated
