Do you think them saying about one of their partners recovering the debt means theyll send it to a baliff as ive not responded to them ?

Ok. So what do i do if a "letter of claim" turns up ?

Googled it. 

Ovo told Lowell the address im at now or they found out im at a newer address. So if i get a letter of claim i contact Lowell to arrange a payment plan ?

The account was in my name.

I left the property in june 2017.

I fell behind with payments as was made homeless and lost my job.

Told ovo my new address when i eventually found a room to rent.

Didnt hear anything until about 2 months ago.

Lowell asking for the debt

Hello

I have been receiving letters from Lowell about a debt for electric and gas from 2017

I spoke to ovo today and they have no record of my account or address for when i had the account with them.

Ive been ignoring these letters from Lowell.

Their last letter stated because they have not heard back from me they will take recovery of the debt to one of their "partners" 

A few letters ago they dropped amount of the debt down , but now is back at £791.

Do Lowell need a copy of the Credit Agreement to be able to demand monies from me ?

Ovo said its best if i contact Lowell to try sort it out

Any advice would be appreciated
