Just had offer to pay them 100 pound plus 35 admin charge and they will agree to cancel ccj

don't know now as I have already paid £275 to defend it

Because they say if I do not settle judgment within thirty days of their letter dated 20th April they will apply to court for warrant of control authorisation of  bailiff to take your possessions to covet debt

take from my earnings etc 

they really are bastards  so bit worried

Can't up load on here find in difficult  the court have to take into amount that had I seen court documents from them I  would have paid the robbers before they issued a ccj 

Can't wait to ask for set aside. Only have less than 2 weeks to submit can't waite for sar docs

They will contact bailifs  to force judgmentx

What happens after the set aside is granted 

I got a letter of civil action to say that I had failed to pay them 299 pounds within the 30 days .

that's the first I knew about it 

I had nothing off them after I said I would like to come see them at their office as I could not get them on phone or by email

No offers to pay original fine without the extra charges 

Explained why I had gone over my time ext  i was not aware that I had because of health issues just had to get home

Mob they did send letters with a larger amount to pay but again could not talk to them on phone or send email

I suffer from incontinence  being treated by consultant  ongoing then had to go find loo 20vmin walk till found one after I got ticket sent letter back to say this is why i was late ps they do not have email address 

they then asked me what meds I was on told them  they sent an other letter saying  what do want to pay

I said I will pay original charge plus letter from debt help

ignored this I then said I would come to their office

that was that last I had from them till letter received telling me what they had done ccj
