all in one finance is a company owned by carcraft.... also the nac insurance is provided again by a company that is owned by carcraft directors....

they sell the car, add a little finance stating loan company would not provide all of loan, they then sell huge nac insurance with loads of clauses, then the finance for the nac is provided by company owned by same people ..... if you smell a rat then you will usually find one.... they have also not re rgeistered with the RMIF ( retail motor industry federation) so they can not help.... trading standards say if you signed then nothing they can do...

Court may be the only way and to reduce costs maybe a class action anyone interested pm me...

is there anybody out there who is good at writing particulars of claim, I have a case on going against virgin media and need help writing POC's for breach of data protection act... charges added to account in excess of what I owed them yet default placed cost me £000,s any help would be much appreciated in the form of a large drink!!!!!!!!!!

I am afraid this has been on going for some years , my case is against virgin placing default on my credit file which cost me a few thousand pounds in additional loan . I have court bundle and really just need POC's to get case in front of judge to explain my case....If anyone has experience of writing POC's I would be very interested in hearing from them....

how does one become being a site helper????

I have no arguments with CAG. I would happily do some work for free. I just want to be sure it is for right reasons and is worthwhile... sometimes the time spent helping people to help themselves is time consuming and gets convoluted and often missed by others... the front page of cag is seen by all and advertising or asking people to pay for advice or letters may be an idea..I personally would be happy to pay for those in the know to prepare POc's etc for me maybe CAG could make some money using the skills of volunteers rather than asking for donations which is easy to forget when you get your money???

300 caggers 2000 visitors says it all.... this site is losing its power!!!

fighting fund ring fenced by CAG is not the answer.... ask solicitor/barrister to set up private account to fight banks .... start donations into it... when it hits certain targets they do the work... use some money to gain support, facebook for more donations, media to promote, dam even vince cable might donate and advertise.... if we believe we can win the fight then this is way to go.... if we feel there is another way such as creating a run on a particular bank to force their hand then that would be better and get more media interest.... it has to be sustained and every Cagger has to support and talk 5 or more into supporting.... the front page of CAG and all moderators needs to show support...

middenmass, you might be right... money is power... but if people felt better about the motives and chances of a particular effort then they would support... 1 person giving £10,000 or 200,000 giving £1. I know which I would rather have..... if we have a good plan people will support....

money is not the answer... people power is more important and the power of the internet is extremely powerful.... just post a party on facebook and see what happens... if you can get 500 turning up for party by posting on facebook how many could you get for a protest against banks..Jesus even raoul moat got support using facebook. the problem is co-ordination and energy....there are many smart people on here and many skills available bringing them together is what is required...

decide on desired outcome, choose course of action , gather support for each required action and plan...Look at radio 6, ghurkas, etc etc...

when due to empathy we leave it to just a few people such as scottish case nothing will be achieved..Unless supported by major celebrity with a passion.we all hope they win so we can follow like sheep.... however the fighters lose hope, will and eventually cave in.... with a much more concerted effort by the masses more will be achieved.... send an email to everyone in your inbox with a joke and see how long it takes to get back to you... and how many people it has passed through before it gets there.... we have all the tools and lots of skills it just takes a few to spend some time and energy to co-ordinate???????? hands please

as many have said many times, direct action is required...

this site and mse site lose many supporters as they do not co-ordinate direct action... many are scared of consequences of say a march or a run on a bank? but what is the alternative .... millions of people ripped off forever... they can reword this many times but it will remain the same... new banks wont change anything..... 0845 and 0870 and 0800 numbers from mobiles these should also be looked at.... as more and more people use mobile telephones these numbers have sprouted up like bank charges.... when we rely on things as their is little alternative then the companies will milk us for every penny they can....I bet in a few years the charges for using these numbers increases as they realise they can get away withit???? sound familiar

my girlfriend has 2 kids and lives on benefits she has just had a letter telling her that she is being charged by lloyds £90 for being £145 over overdraft for 3 days...... we should be marching in the streets... the telephone number is 0845 to complain yet from overseas they give an 0207 number
