Hello All

I am currently involved in a legal dispute with UKAR regarding a property mortgaged with MX.

In order to defend the case, I need an original copy of their Terms and conditions 2004 booklet. I have several "Manipulated" copies that have been sent to be by UKAR however, each copy varies in detail.

If anyone has a copy I could borrow/purchase it would be very much appreciated.

Hi, Im due to defend against MX and I cannot find the 2004 booklet, they have sent me photocopies but I don't believe they are correct, would you be willing to send me a copy please? I currently have 2 A4 stapled terms that MX sent me, one is 2004 and the other is 2007, both have the same picture on the cover (a sailor with binoculars) which makes me suspicious.
